Therapy in Manhattan and Across
New York & New Jersey
We provide depth-oriented psychotherapy for individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship strain, and life transitions. Our work addresses both immediate symptoms and the emotional patterns that sustain them.
Alongside practical relief, therapy offers space to reflect on identity, purpose, and the direction your life is taking — within the context of cultural identities, family history, and lived experiences.
Areas of Focus
Individual and Couples Therapy in
Manhattan and Online
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy (sometimes referred to as individual counseling) is offered in-person in Manhattan and virtually throughout New York and New Jersey. Sessions address anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational concerns within a structured, depth-oriented framework.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy, sometimes called couples counseling, is available in-person in Manhattan and virtually throughout New York and New Jersey. We work with communication challenges, recurring conflict, emotional distance, and attachment concerns, integrating evidence-based approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy within a broader depth-oriented model.
In-Person and Virtual Options
Virtual sessions are available throughout New York, New Jersey, and in PSYPACT-participating states, allowing continuity of care when travel or relocation is involved.
A Depth-Oriented, Evidence-Based Approach
While many practices emphasize symptom management alone, our clinicians integrate empirically supported treatment with a framework that explores meaning, identity, attachment, and emotional development — supporting not only relief, but lasting psychological growth.
