Deciding to reach out for therapy is not a small step.
If you are scheduling a consultation, something in your life likely feels important enough to pause and look at more closely. We’re honored you’re considering RISE Center for that work.
Your consultation is a brief, 15–30 minute conversation.
During this call, we will:

Review scheduling and availability
The consultation is a space to determine whether working together feels aligned — not a full therapy session.
RISE Center is an out-of-network practice.
Session fees range from $150 - $275, depending on the clinician and level of care.
We provide monthly superbills that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
If you have questions about fees or fit, we welcome these during the consultation.
Therapy works best when it feels grounded, structured, and aligned.
This first conversation allows us to determine whether RISE Center is the right place for your goals — and whether we are the right team to support you.
