Our Team
A Shared Clinical Foundation
RISE Center was founded by Dr. Elena E. Kim and is organized around a unified depth-oriented framework known as Existential-Spiritual Psychotherapy (ESP), which she co-developed. This shared model provides clinical coherence across the practice and emphasizes multicultural awareness, relational context, and the broader systems shaping each person’s experience.
Each clinician is grounded in ESP and integrates additional evidence-based approaches that complement the model. Ongoing supervision and collaborative consultation ensure that care remains thoughtful, consistent, and ethically grounded. While our work is unified in structure, each therapist brings a distinct relational style and clinical emphasis. Our structure exists to support depth, safety, and relational integrity in the therapy process.
Meet Our Clinicians
While each clinician brings a distinct style and specialization, we share a commitment to culturally responsive, depth-oriented psychotherapy grounded in structure and care.
